 Being 100% Natural is not an easy feat to do in the Beauty Industry, which relies on chemicals to make cheap products. Chemical-laden products, even when they show merely temporary skin benefits, are now researched that they
1. Leave chemical residues on the Skin - overtime some skin products leave deposits on skin and can cause skin darkening, excessive pigmentation, dryness, etc. especially lipsticks with binding chemicals for high staying power tend to do quite some damage.
2. Leave deposits in the Body - some of the chemicals used in cosmetics get deposited in the body and are not eliminated through ordinary body processes because of unusual chemical composition.

Safety
Always use a clean spatula or spoon to remove product from jar as fingertips are liable to contaminate product
When possible we will have sample sizes available. Sample size is around 1/6 oz or 5ml or 5g. When sampling, use over a small
area and atleast 4-6 applications after patch testing (see below)
Because we do not use preservatives, for maximum potency of these precious natural ingredients, we make small precise batches, so they stay fresh & active. Most products ship in 2-4 weeks of manufacture, sometimes there is a waiting period for around that time while waiting for next batch to arrive.
Store
in a cool dry place away from sunlight even though we provide opaque containers. Shelf life of all products is about 2 years if stored
in a cool place. To be on the safe side, we recommend you refrigerate opened products after 6 months
If any of the synergies are unavailable, we will notify you of any waiting time when ordering.
Patch Test
All ingredients are natural & most likely sensitizers like alcohol, petroleum products, fragrances, etc are not present. However, please understand that each individual's reaction to natural oils varies
and recommend Patch Testing before use, especially when dealing with pre-existent issues of sensitivity issues & when using on
children.

Patch testing - a suggested method.
1. Place a little of the synergy on the inside of wrist or
ankle.
2. Leave for 20-30 minutes to allow time for a severe reaction to show.
To eliminate sensitivity altogether, wait for 12-24 hours.
3. If there is no irritation after this time, proceed with using it.
If irritation does occur, dilute by 50% in any fatty oil, olive, almond,
etc and patch test on a different area.
4. DO NOT use the oil if irritation occurs after this.
